4. Listings and Ads

Makabo is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction between users. Buy, sell, or exchange at your own risk.

5. Service Providers & Business Listings

  • Service providers and businesses may be required to submit proof of identity or licenses (e.g., FSSAI number for food vendors).

  • Listing on Makabo does not imply endorsement or verification unless explicitly stated.

6. Payments & Fees

  • Posting on Makabo is free for basic listings.

  • Premium features (e.g., featured ads, homepage placement, business promotions) may require payment.

  • All paid listings are non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned.

We use secure third-party payment gateways. Makabo does not store your payment information.

7. Content Ownership

  • You retain rights to your submitted content.

  • You grant Makabo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, promote, and distribute your content on the Platform and for marketing purposes.

8. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools.

  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with site functionality.

  • Post abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory content.

  • Use Makabo for phishing, scams, or pyramid schemes.

9. Termination

Makabo reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or any misuse of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Makabo is not responsible for:

  • Accuracy or legality of user content.

  • Losses incurred from user-to-user transactions.

  • Downtime, interruptions, or technical failures.

Use the platform at your own risk.

11. Modifications to Service

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
